You will break up your week into 2 different types of day. One day's hour will be spent running or walking and the next day will incorporate weight training. Just switch between the two types every day. It is important that you do the full hour each day and not cheat yourself.

What about diet?

Of course, you need to eat healthily each and every day. There's no set rules of what you can and cannot eat, just avoid the junk food and sugary drinks. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and you will have the energy required without storing any up in the form of fat.
