Six Pack Abs Exercises
If you really want a washboard stomach, then you must try and incorporate a variety of six pack abs exercises into your daily routine. Just doing one exercise each day will not give you the definition or bulk in the abs that would show through. So doing a variety of exercises such as crunches, hanging leg raises and basic sit-ups is the best way to really train your abs and get them looking ripped.
Remove Your Love Handles - One of the best exercises to remove your love handles is the oblique crunch. This is just like a normal sit-up but with a twist. Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head. Then using your abs, lift the top half of the body off the floor and bend towards your knees. As you are coming up, twist the body so that your right elbow is pointing towards your left knee. Then lower your body down and repeat the exercise but this time with the other elbow pointing towards your other knee. You should feel the side of your abs as you are exercising.
Lower Ab Workout - Once of the best workouts for the lower abs is the medicine ball leg raise. It is very simple to perform, lie flat on your back with the medicine ball in your hands, then lift your legs and arms and try to touch your feet with the medicine ball. It is one long crunch exercise. It can be done without the ball but it helps to keep the body stable.
